This policy explains how we process your personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

When the offer opens, the entity you invest through will process your data (identity, anti-money-laundering checks under Law 10/2010, payments) as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We don’t pass your email to it: when the offer opens, we send you the link.
Recipients
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with service providers (web hosting, email delivery) under a data processing agreement. [List providers and any transfers outside the EEA with their safeguards.]
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to privacidad@alzadia.example. If you think we haven’t handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Data on the blockchain
Wallet addresses and transactions recorded on Sui are public and cannot be deleted. We never write your name, email or other directly identifying data to the blockchain.
The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
